Why We Built This
Most of what happens in this city is genuinely hard to find. It's in someone's Instagram story, a WhatsApp group you're not in, or a flyer taped to a wall you didn't walk past. Not because Port Harcourt lacks a scene, but because the scene doesn't have a shared address.
We didn't set out to build just another ticketing tool. We wanted to build the first place people check when deciding what to do tonight, this weekend, or on a slow afternoon with nothing planned.

We're a small team of two founders building this from Port Harcourt, for Port Harcourt. There wasn't an existing playbook for what we're doing here, which meant writing a lot of it ourselves as we go. That's slower than copying something that already works elsewhere. It's also the only way this actually ends up feeling like the city it's built for, instead of a generic app with a Port Harcourt logo on it.
What's Next
This is a first version, not a finished one. We're building toward a city that's easier to understand every day. Better neighbourhood updates. Richer creator profiles. City Passports. Smarter ways to discover communities. And a living record of the city itself, from lost wallets and blood drives to free clinics, volunteer drives, and the everyday moments that rarely make the news.
Some of what we test won't work. We'll say so when that happens, and fix it in public.
